Headquarters
ACC Holding, Inc. is pleased to announce the relocation of our
corporate headquarters. Our new home will be located in the former
440th Airlift Wing located at 6135 South Jasper Avenue,
Milwaukee, WI 53207 and will be effective June 1st,
2011. The relocation is due to shifting demand toward our Supply
Chain and CLS services. The change will increase ACC's
competitiveness while providing customers the aerospace related
products and services they have valued since 1986. The new campus
style environment will allow for improved communication among our
associates and directly impacting the level of service we provide
to our customers and vendors.

Aircraft and Pilots Head Home
After being detained in the Dominican Republic since December 2, 2010 Air Cargo Carriers, LLC is pleased to announce that pilots Kevin Kuranz and Christopher Schmidt have been released and are on their way home. No charges had ever been filed against either of the pilots. James Germek, owner of Air Cargo Carriers, LLC has been in the Dominican Republic along with family members of the pilots to provide assistance and support. Steve Altnau, Director of Operations with Air Cargo stated "We are thrilled with the outcome of the hearing yesterday and are looking forward to having our pilots back home".
Air Cargo Carriers, LLC will continue to cooperate fully with the
United States and Dominican authorities in the investigation of the
narcotics found on a company operated cargo aircraft.

SUBJECT: Acquisition
ACC Holding, Inc. of Milwaukee (Wisconsin) has acquired The Telford Group, Inc., headquartered in Bangor, Maine. ACC was founded in 1986 by Jim Germek. ACC Holding, Inc. specializes in scheduled air cargo operations, aircraft integration, maintenance, overhaul and parts sales. The Telford Group has had strong performance over the past 12 quarters and is fully expected to remain so as both companies are well positioned in stable market segments.
Although there will be some consolidation of efforts, ACC Holding's President, Jim Hoffman, is optimistic about the synergy between the two firms. "We will continue to pursue our aggressive growth strategy to maximize performance for the combined operations", he said.
